Dr. Scott D. Weaver, D.C.

Doctor of Chiropractic

Scott D. Weaver, D.C. received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science degree from the University of Toledo in Ohio, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Throughout school Scott believed he wanted to serve in some sort of care taker role, but was unsure in what capacity.

During his final year at the University of Toledo, Scott assisted a chiropractor. What he really enjoyed about this line of work was the amount of success and progress that the doctor made with each patient.

Scott began his chiropractic college course work at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida. During this period, Scott was a Student Intern at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Module 5 & Outreach Clinic. Scott was an active volunteer with Palmer’s Outreach clinic which provided Scott with hands-on experience in:

  • Spinal and extremity adjusting techniques

  • Cox Flexion & Distraction protocols

  • Cervical and lumbar decompression training

  • Movement Analysis

  • Active functional rehabilitation

Scott completed his Internship in Boardman, Ohio, where he helped in all aspects of chiropractic practice, enabling Scott to continue his hands-on experience in:

  • Diversified and Flexion & Distraction adjusting techniques.

  • Functional Analysis with sports specific rehabilitation.

  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary practice with D.O., M.D., & DPT

Upon graduation Scott took a position as a chiropractic associate with a local Wellness Center. During this time Scott earned great esteem from his patients for his patient centered approach to care. Scott believes in giving his patients the time they need in order to get to the root of their problems, while using evidence-based chiropractic procedures to treat those problems. By utilizing this approach of patient centered care and evidence-based procedures, Scott is able to get results where others have failed.
